YAAAY! WOOHOOO! I LOVE YOU ALL! OMG!!!! AAAARRRGGGGGHHH!!!! UH-HUH!
Naah, I am not being very random. 'Cos I have a reason. I always loved politics. Now, that's random(to my very, utterly conservative parents) that a typical(um, yeah right) bharatiya(their version of being an Indian) girl is like so in to politics. But I assure you, they ROCK. Or so I think. =.='''
Now, there was the national election thinggi to choose the PM of the country. &reccently, I SERIOUSLY have been reading up on Indian politics, learning the pros &cons of every party. I mean, unlike Sunny Singapore, every party has corruption. Including my very favourite(&I long to vote for that party) Congress. However, their scale of corruption is (or as they say) the least. Also, their strongest rival, BJP, is a racist party who is bent on making India a Hindu nation. Now that seriously sucks. I mean they were in power before before this new one. &it caused A LOT of uproar. Well, you see there was mosque in this little place called Ayodhya. However, it is said that one of the gods was born there(dude, how can a god be born?).
Thus that place is considered as holy &is a pilgrimage spot for the Hindus(usually the oldies go there. Mwacks). &naturally there was a temple there. However, the BJP wanted to expand the temple, by demolishing the mosque. Now, if you go researching about this, resources will state that BJP wanted to "respectfully" shift the mosque elsewhere, but that's a FAKE!
But the Muslims there did not want that. So that darn BJP forcefully demolished the mosque. Then, an angry mob of Muslims(not RACIST!) burnt a train to Ayodhya, killing many. THEN, an angry HINDU mob(this time) went around SLAUGHTERING Muslim people, &doing worse to Muslim women(oh, you get what I mean. Its too sick to mention here). Oh, &you know what? Many of the angry mobs were BLOODY policemen who just wanted the BLOODY revenge.
Eventually, both religions lost lives. &many lives. Who to blame? Who else? BJP. Now, after considering the above chaos(trust me, there's more), which IDIOT would want to vote for that darn party? I mean, unless you want the country to vanish from the Earth's surface(anyone wanting that, is GONNA DIE!).
Plus, they are very corrupt. One webby, Tehelka(dont bother looking for it, its GONE), actually got a video of the defense minister under BJP accepting bribe. Would you want that party rulling YOUR country(for most of you, Singapore)? Of course, unless you are a TRAITOR(they suck).
I know, Congress and the rest too are corrupt, but are the RACIST? Plus, it was only under the Congress rule was India able to sign the nuclear deal with the US. That is DEFINITELY better than an angry mob killing you! VOTE FOR CONGRESS!! They rock!
Whatever, they won. That's why I am happy. However, I thought a new guy was taking over the PM role. So what's the old guy doing? Dont take me wrong, I respect him, but he is like 86! You expect me to call him what, a young guy?
But he WASNT running for PM! Another guy was!!!
Aaah, whatever. As long Congress won. Yay Congress! =DD
